The practice also supports adults working on related mental health and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and posttraumatic stress, gambling, pornography, video games, and problematic phone or app use.

Commonly used evidence-based approaches include Harm Reduction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
